[3] Composers are strongly encouraged to submit recordings for the performers reviewing submissions. Recordings must be streamable links via Soundcloud, Youtube, or Vimeo

[5] Each score (composers may submit up to four) should be a single multi-page PDF document. All score PDFs should be titled as follows: Last_name First_initial [hyphen] Piece_Title [dot] pdf (for example : GubaidulinaS-StringQuartetNo3.pdf).

[6] Composers selected are expected to attend the Symposium at the University of New Mexico (in Albuquerque, NM) from March 26th to March 29th. Composers not attending the 2017 Composers’ Symposium will not be included on the program. Selected composers must provide all required performance materials (the Composers’ Symposium will not pay rental costs).

[7] Through the generosity of the Robb Musical Trust, there is no fee for submission, no registration fee required for composers who attend, and all events are made free and open to the public. Composers attending are expected to take care of their own travel and accommodations.

[8] Several of our performers and guests are interested in doing multiple performances of accepted works. Please indicate in the submission form if this is permissible.

[9] Review of submissions will begin July 1st, 2016. Decisions will be made and announced by 9/15/2016 or earlier.

[10] Total cumulative size of all PDFs submitted must not exceed 25MB. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. If scanning a large handwritten score, please limit resolution.
