Trio New Mexico
TRIO NEW MEXICO was founded in 2003 as a faculty Ensemble-in-Residence in the Department of Music at The University of New Mexico. Its members include Keith Lemmons, Professor of Clarinet and Presidential Teaching Fellow; Kevin Vigneau, Professor of Oboe; and Kim Fredenburgh, Assistant Professor of Viola. New Mexico Winds
The NEW MEXICO WINDS originated in 1984 as a faculty Ensemble-in-Residence in the Department of Music at The University of New Mexico. It is comprised of the woodwind and horn faculty at The University of New Mexico–Keith Lemmons, Professor of Clarinet and Presidential Teaching Fellow; Kevin Vigneau, Professor of Oboe; Valerie Potter, Associate Professor of Flute; JD Shaw, Assistant Professor of Horn; and Denise Reig Turner, Instructor of Bassoon. TRIO CLARIVOCE
TRIO CLARIVOCE, the Department of Music's newest faculty Ensemble-in-Residence, was formed in the Fall of 2005. Its members include soprano Leslie Umphrey, Associate Professor of Voice, clarinetist Keith Lemmons, Professor of Clarinet and Presidential Teaching Fellow, and pianist Colleen Sheinberg, Director of the UNM Early Music Ensemble.
new Mexico brass quintet
Former ensemble-in-residence at the University of New Mexico, the New Mexico Brass Quintet was founded in 1977. The ensemble performed extensively and has been featured on radio and television broadcasts in the U.S., Mexico, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Italy, Finland, Russia, and Australia.
