UNDERGRADUATE AUDITION INFORMATION
Scholarship auditions for undergraduate music majors (or non-majors who would like to perform in a major ensemble) will be held on February 18 and 23, 2008. Please contact Susan Brake at sbrake@unm.edu or 505-277-8998 to schedule an audition time.
Those who audition will be offered a free introductory lesson with Debra Taylor. To schedule a lesson please contact her directly at djtaylor@unm.edu. Acceptance into Ms. Taylor’s studio will be determined after this audition. Students who are not accepted may be given an opportunity to study with the trombone graduate assistant. Students will not be considered for Ms. Taylor’s studio without a live audition (except in extenuating circumstances).

GRADUATE AUDITION INFORMATION
Applications must be completed by February 15, 2008. This includes all materials needed for the University application, the Music Department application, and an audition CD. The CD should include all items from the list below, with the exception of sightreading.
In order to be considered for the graduate trombone assistantship, all applicants must also attend a live audition at the University of New Mexico. Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuatingcircumstances. Audition dates will be scheduled soon. See this page for updates. Please direct questions to djtaylor@unm.edu.
